Join an
official server
like EU_cRPG_1 with an existing or new character.

When connected press
Q
key to open the voice chat menu.

Then navigate to password retrieval by pressing keys
M
then
P
and confirm with
S
.

A few seconds later a server message will appear in the chat area:
[SERVER]: Your new password is <####> - You can login at http://www.c-rpg.net with the combination accountname/0000.
If you missed it you can view it again by pressing the
L
key to open the chat log.

Enter this data to log into the website.
Make sure you enter the account name (part before /) in the Accountname field and the password (4 digits after /) in the Password field.
